Best Gadget Global offers the following Returns Policy:
We will quickly exchange any item that is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase. All problems must be in writing, Mail or E-mail. All of the items that we sell are brand new and covered by manufacturer's warranty. Beyond 30 days, items should be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Non-defective returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost.
